The only version of IIS that you can install on Windows XP is the one that
comes with Windows XP. So, if you need to run multiple virtual servers, you
will need to either (a) use Apache, or (b) install one instance of JRun for
each virtual server. Out of those two choices, I recommend using Apache.

However, if you simply need to simulate having multiple virtual servers by
being able to switch configuration files, you might look at this:
