It's not VPS but, I have some personal sites I host through Viux.com They
provide a "Reseller" package for 24 bucks which will allow you to host 5
websites. Each website would have it's own control pannel with one master
control panel "U" for managing services on each site without having to login
to each directly. they are running cf7. as a reseller you can tell them to
turn off restrictions on most tags. cfdirectory is always a bugger. But as a
reseller they don't charge you to activate the tag...
