Hi, Neal...

I've been checking into PayPal and would like to know what
drove you to your conclusion not to use PayPal...specifically,
what you mean by "it just does not have the support it needs."

Do you mean features, or what?

Thanks,

Rick

Thanks everyone... I went ahead and signed back up with CardServices it was
really the easiest thing to do since I had already programmed my cart to
work with them a long time ago. I was hoping that the PayPal thing would
have worked out but it just does not have the support it needs. Plus its not
as cost affective as they would have you believe. I am save a lot more per
transaction and with a low monthly fee using CardServices. I could tell when
talking with them last night that they have changed a lot and it looks like
their support and customer service is much better now.

It's weird that they took $400 out your account like that, was that the
setup fee or something. I was able to get all setup fees and monthly fees
wave when I signed up yesterday.
