Hi, Neal... I've been checking into PayPal and would like to know what drove you to your conclusion not to use PayPal...specifically, what you mean by "it just does not have the support it needs."

I could tell when talking with them last night that they have changed a lot and it looks like their support and customer service is much better now. It's weird that they took $400 out your account like that, was that the setup fee or something.
