I'm talking Visa/MC/Amex rules. I suppose the bank that issues a merchant account could have their own rules, but most just follow Visa/MC guidelines. They recently published the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard...this covers all the rules you are supposed to follow if you store credit card data...showing this to a customer that wants to do this might be enough of a deterrent. ;-) http://tinyurl.com/4ph6h --- Mary Jo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Introducing the Fusion Authority Quarterly Update. 80 pages of hard-hitting, up-to-date ColdFusion information by your peers, delivered to your door four times a year. http://www.fusionauthority.com/quarterly Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:254342 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4
