I think its almost impossible to get a fair response to your question, since
those who have experienced sub-contracting dev work, probably have used no
more than 3 firms anyway.  And the rest of the opinions may perhaps be
he-said, she-said.

In my opinion, the best way to find a good firm is just to know where the
better posters of HoF list work... who do you believe is good and respect,
and where do they work?  Then seek them out.

Like the best hosting company question, you'd probably get a more definitive
response by asking who to avoid.  I know I'm not using Vortech Hosting
simply because of Jennifer's experience.
