Ben Forta has a good article on the true cost differential of CF vs ASP. That might give you some inspiration. I know they have it on the CF Developer Journal site, but may Ben would be so kind as to post a link to it (and maybe he can give you a few items as well...I don't think anyone know CF like Ben knows CF).
