While delegates may moan about quality of food, no internet access, yadda
yadda, given the choice I wonder how many people would actually choose all
the bells and whistles and comfort and great food and a 5* hotel, and how
many people would prefer it to be cheaper and forgo all that fluff.
Surely it's the content and the speakers that is most important, so perhaps
Michael is asking the wrong questions each year, perhaps he should be
asking.

Would you prefer adaquate conference facilities, hotel, food etc and an
affordable ticket
Or
Would you prefer a 5* conference venue, restaurant quality food, lots of
staff, lots of bells and whitles and spend 3 months of your salary to get
there.

Just because someone says the food sucked in they survey answers, doesn't
neccisarily mean they want to pay $200 more next year for it to be better?
