And they certainly didn't volunteer that information. Heck, it took 3 emails back and forth to even establish that it was not normal ColdFusion timeouts at issue once I started running into problems. If you are doing something so outside the norm, it shouldn't be something that you have to dig deeply to find out about. But if they refuse to help correct this problem, when I'm doing something perfect reasonably and legitimate, I simply will not be able to recommend them anymore.
