Amended; It says that the plugin has a configuration error. I tried to disable and uninstall the plugin to no avail. In fact when I open cfeclipse all the rds features (rds configuration in preferences, cfplugin in manage configuration). I was going to just re-install but I can't get the darn thing to un-install.
