Gotta aggree with Neil.

Generally speaking of course, whatever you did it in is probably the best
thing to write it in.

Flex is a pretty awesome tool, but like any other tool it has it's purposes
and it's not meant to be used for everything. You wouldn't want to build a
website in it for example. There are just better and easier ways to do that.

Now, if you had specific examples of applications, people could make
reccomendations as to whether it could benefit from flex or not.
