Ditto on the SeeFusion. I have heard good things on both tools. I use SeeFusion. SeeFusion uses a Flex 2 interface, has been in this business longer than Fusion-Reactor, and arguably has a smaller server footprint based on a feature set specifically limited for monitoring purposes.
