I'd be willing to wager that the number of "adult" related sites would
be such a ridiculously minimal percentage of the overall list that it
wouldn't send the message "ColdFusion is for porn".

Let's say 5% of the sites on the list are adult industry related (a
guess based on nothing in particular).  Do you really think that
somebody who is contemplating using CF is going to turn around and
say, "oh no... there are porn sites built with CF.  i don't want my
business associated with that and therefore choose not to use CF"?

If that were the case, they'd also say, "oh no...there are porn sites
on the Web.  I don't want my business associated with that and
therefore choose not to have a web presence."

If you (we) start judging which sites are "acceptable" to convey a
particular message, things are just going to get ugly.

....and FWIW, while I don't want to sound unappreciative of the efforts
going into this site... wouldn't this thread be better suited to
cf-community since it's really not technical in nature? :)
