DISCLAIMER: I don't work for New Atlanta, but this discussion has
been had NUMEROUS times regarding "personal use" versus
"non-commercial use" and how you can really legally use the free
version of Bluedragon Server.

I wonder if they actually got permission from New Atlanta for this.
The FREE version of BlueDragon Server is for non-commercial use and is
not licensed for hosting.

In addition, BlueDragon Server FREE edition is for non-commercial use
only. Do not confuse that with "non-SSL use". There are plenty of
commercial applications of a web site that don't require SSL.

For example... Bluedragon Free Edition cannot be legally used to power
a corporate website, regardless of whether or not SSL is used. The
license does not allow the use of the free version for "non profits"
either. It can't be used to power an intranet web site either.

Bluedragon Server Free Edition is strictly for personal use.

If I'm incorrect, I suspect someone from New Atlanta will chime in
here. They might anyway.

But that's been my interpretation of their "free" license, given the
numerous discussions over the years.

Rick
