IIS can service hundreds of sites. It's a fully functional tool. On XP it's 
made for local testing and can run a couple of concurrent session. On Windows 
server it can run whatever load the server can handle.  It's the Windows 
version of Apache.

thanks, me neither but they want a cheap test phase. Do you have any 
recommendations for a temporary windows web server. It sounds like IIS is a web 
server tool but not a webserver, am i right on this?
