I concur that GoDaddy certs have problems being accepted on some browsers, web services, etc. They claim 99% acceptance but who knows where they get that percentage from.
If you want a quality certificate for a great price, RapidSSL/GeoTrust (they're essentially the same thing) is the best way to go. Hope this helps!
