Currently on my machine, Eclipse is using 1.3MB, and the VM is using 120MB.
This is with a number of open files and a fairly substantial number of
plugins which have open views in my workspace. 400MB is NOT "normal
conditions" in my experience. 200MB is about the top end of what I have seen
Eclipse use except in the case of a couple of misbehaving plugins.
