Windows' security problems, past and present, have nothing to do with the
Windows kernel, and everything to do with userland functionality. The fact
that, for a long time, you needed administrative rights to run many
applications; the fact that, outside of the enterprise, most people logged
in with administrative accounts - those are the problems with Windows
security.

And I haven't seen any popups with twenty questions on them. I've been
running Vista on multiple computers, one since RC1. Considering that you
were running Vista in Parallels, solely to use IE7, how much time exactly
did you spend with it before you threw it away?
