Mark ... their response times have always been within an hour or so during regular business hours. As I said they're not terribly touchy feely, but I like them. There are 3 principals and all 3 are involved in what they do. They are Coldfusion developers as well as web hosts so they know the product. You won't get any automated responses from them, just answers to your questions toot sweet. My site is running 7,0,2,142559 and all the others I have hosted there.
