Dave,

I'm beginning to think that as well.  I just installed CF8 in a virtual machine 
running on my box and it appears to be running just fine.  I was able to get to 
the Admin screen and sit there awhile without any crashes.  Guess its time to 
do a re-image on my primary machine and hopefully fix the problem.  

Thanks for your help in this and getting me pointed in the right direction.
