Ever since I installed CF8, I have had several ongoing problems that have
become *more* that just annoying. It appears that CF8 is caching files
because I'm getting sharing violations in several different programs. The
problem surfaced when editing CSS files in Dreamweaver and frequently
refreshing a template in the browser to view my changes. Dreamweaver will
let me save it once. then I get an error saying;

"A sharing violation has occurred."

If I restart CF8, I'm immediately able to save the CSS file. If I kill
jrun.exe, I can save the CSS file. If I log into cfadmin > Server Settings
> Caching , deselect/zero-out all of the caching options and press the Clear
Template Cache Now button, I'm able to save my CSS file. I run into a
similar situation with images from my design programs (Adobe).

Anybody had this problem and solved it? Some days I just want to toss this
sucker out of the window and start over (although, this install of Windows
is less than 6 months old).
