There isn't a script that can automatically do this, and it's quite time-consuming and tedious. We had to do this for a (very large) client when migrating them from CF 5 with Spectra to CFMX with Commonspot, and it took a long time to get a series of scripts that would work, and a long time for them to run. It also required that we run CF 5 and CFMX at the same time.
