My vote is SQL Server 2000 since it is very mature and that is the one I have 
been using. I haven't tried MS SQL 2005, but I would let the beta testers.. 
umm... users work out the bugs first and then migrate SQL 2000 - SQL 2005 
sometime in the future.

In my opinion, don't go for mySQL if you are building something for an 
enterprise.
