You should have two mappings here. In  Coldfusion Administrator, there is
the mapping to the CFIDE  directory. of course this is  already setup for
you.

the second is a virtual directory to this location in your Web Root folder

E:\inetpub\webroot

This should have the actual directory /CFIDE or a virtual mapping to this
directory if it's actually stored in  C:\inetpub\wwwroot
