My RDC, sites, and VPC are down now. I can only hope this is the "worse" part in "things usually get worse before they get better".
But not providing some word, either through email or on the website is especially poor form. It looks like the VPC update just went terribly awry. I just he'd let us know something. Having problems is understandable, but my clients are only going to be so patient. Now I remember why I bought my own server and ran it in-house for the last 8 or so years.
