Still down here. Really sucks, as Mondays are typically my busiest day.

Yup, I do find it hard to believe that better planning could not have prevented 
this. 
He did mention when I talked to him on the phone yesterday that part of the 
issue was in the SWSoft upgrade process that did not have proper rollback 
methods so a quick backup restore was not possible...yet another reason why as 
you say such things really should tested thoroughly first. I do know he had 
SWSoft techs there to help with the upgrades and in case anything went 
wrong...but clearly that is not helping all that much.

I'm completely down, no RD, no sites coming up, no email since that's hosted 
from the server as well.
