you can go to http://www.actionxchange.com they have many premade actions for
photoshop, some of them are entire menu interfaces that you can easily manipulate.
plus there are many sites that have menu interfaces, go to http://www.hotbot.com and
look up under menus, interfaces, and possibley navigation interfaces
