That should be part of the user sent up and then he can have an interface to let users keep it up to date themselves(might even be able to do that via one of the management interfaces)...if they don't, then that is their issue...not Greg's ;-)
Having on the site assumes that users even know about it...without an email letting us know it is there, we don't know. Not all of his customers are necessarily on this list and have benefited from Michael's (an others) updates.
