MyEclipse has a price tag because out of the box it supports CSS,
JavaScript, XML and a boatload of other technologies (i'm sure there's
a laundry list on the MyEclipse web page you can check out).

Eclipse, out of the box, is a pretty bare-bones IDE.  You need to add
plugins for the various technologies that you want to use (some of
which may be free, some of which may be commercial).
