Thanks Gerald, I understand about playing by the rules. It should be legal because I bought and paid for Macromedia Studio MX and it was they who upgraded HS 5 plus to CF Studio 5 in the first place. If anyone knows otherwise, please advise.
As often happens when one corporation swallows another, the new owners only seem to care about the old company's end users if they buy their new stuff. I bought a lifetime subscription to MusicMatch Jukebox and after Yahoo bought them out, they shut down the server with the registration key info, so now I can't register the re-installed copy and it locks up trying to find it. My attorney is looking into the possibility of a class action suit but that's a long shot and highly unlikely to resolve the problem.
