Dennis, There are *TONS* of annon proxy lists out there. I took a look at some of them and I didn't see any feeds for them or anything like that. This one is pretty extensive: http://pps.nntime.com/
There are even commercial offerings http://www.samair.ru/proxy/ My favorite is the Borat proxy.
