Speaking of unhelpful email support messages.... I sometimes get this message in my email inbox:
"A message has been removed from this mailbox by an entity other than this program, probably by a virus scanner. This message is a replacement for the missing message." That's it... The whole banana.. Not very useful, but nice of them to tell me (ha).
