Yes, there is.

Right click in the files tab.  Click Select > recently modified
Change the period from the default 7 days to maybe between yesterday
and today and then click the up arrow at the top of the files area to
upload to the remote server.

This only works on files in the same site, but if that's how you have
things organised, it's the beezkneez

This is a feature of Dreamweaver i had been staring at and never
realised what it was, until someone here on this very list mentioned
it.   It's a great little feature.
