another option you have is:
menu Site -> Manage Sites... -> [select site] -> [click Edit... button]
-> [click Advanced Tab] -> [select 'Remote Info' in the left-side menu]
-> select "Automatically upload files to server on save" checkbox

but Mike's suggestion is probably the best option, since you very well
may have some files on you local dev server you do not want to upload t
the remote server...
