Many of these systems already allow you to import and export mail, through standard protocols like POP3 and IMAP. That said, while this question might be relevant or interesting to CF programmers, it is certainly beyond the scope of this list, which is CF programming and related items (SQL, JS, HTML, CSS, etc).
