The only downside I've experienced so far with running CF64 on my 64-bit Vista workstation is the lack of 64 bit ODBC drivers for Excel and Access. Not something that would normally concern someone building enterprise-level apps, but in my case, I was using Access as a front end to a CSV file for some data import routines.
