I wouldn't call that a 'lack' of drivers. If you running 64bit enterprise CF
on 64 Bit OS/servers it is assumed your not playing with toy databases such
as Access.

With all the new file reading/writing functions in CF8 I'm sure there is a
much better way to import your data from the CSV file than using Access.

I've written CSV imports back on CF5 and those ran fast so I'm sure it can
be done better and faster now in CF8.
