It was an issue with the Yoxos install, which has it's own custom update engine, that didn't like me installing the CFB plugin. Gave me an error every time I tried to pull up Eclipse, and immediately shut down. I've done a straight vanilla Gallileo install from the Eclipse site now, and have no issues.
