Couple of options you can try:

1) add autocomplete="off" to the input
2) on page load do a document.forms['formname'].reset()
3) generate a UUID and append it to the field name (pass as a hidden input
to retrieve values on the action page).  this should ensure unique form
field names which should prevent auto-population.
