I still use HomeSite more than not, but I'm using CFBuilder more and more for side work (at home at night). Still not used to the lag ... HomeSite is just so dang fast, while CFB waits forever to popup code assistance within a tag and it often fails to close a tag, resulting in lots and lots of extra typing. I also haven't yet set up all my snippets, so that will be a big one in making CFB work for me, but I agree that it's not a simple transition.
