I find it interesting that no one seems to be suggesting DreamWeaver as a "replacement" for Homesite.
I was a huge Homesite fan - but dropped it about 7 years ago...(Has it been that long?!) I mainly use DreamWeaver now - and find it great for code markup and CF Integration. It is very similar to a lot of the ways Homesite worked... (I think) I am probably not using it to its full extent - but the Database connections/RDS Login/component integration, etc - are pretty nice once you get it setup - and you can have it auto FTP or do it manually (as I do - Still use an old copy of Absolute FTP). Overall code markup is clear - easy to setup website projects - I like it. I have started to dabble with the Coldfusion Builder - still very new to me - I guess I see myself eventually swapping between those two... But for now I pretty much live in DreamWeaver. My Two cents anyway... - Nick ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
