You might want to check out the Aptana Plugin. It's FTP client pretty decent. Seeing that CFBuilder is based on Aptana I will say it be a safe bet that they both use the same engine (the icons that they use are the same as well). I have read good things about the Aptana client on various CF blargs. I just forget where but here are a couple of posts I dug up.
