Tidiness has intrinsic value for many people. To me, the value is largely that I don't have to deal with all the extra stuff Dreamweaver brings to the table, and I get all those tools nicely integrated. Plus, because it's Eclipse, I can easily switch to other perspectives to do related non-CF work. And I'm sure more extensions will be coming.
