> I use Balsamiq Mockups. I use Balamiq as well and have had pretty good success with it. I tend to use mockups to create clickable wireframes of what a site will do rather than how it will look. The mockup may have some basic layout logic in place but that usually changes quite a bit when the graphic design phase is reached. The mockup is a quick way to get a realistic functional overview of an entire project without laying down any code. It becomes the blueprint for the functionality of the application. It's also helped me to better estimate costs and find problem areas before I lay down a bunch of code and then run into something unexpected.
