Brian, if you think it is wrong I wont argue, all I can suggest is try searching the cf-talk archives and will find otherwise. I only read the occasional post on here and even I seen it to be a fairly regular occurrence, and that is discounting the ones directed at me. If I am in a tiny minority then fair enough, but I personally can't imagine too many people go around insulting their customers and trying to turn them into anti-customers, especially when they are evangelists and are defending your product. Sorry if I can't see the sense in that, perhaps I am just weird.
