Then I can only suggest doing the following checks...

Try checking your log files; sometimes log files are corrupted and as such
cause the server to hang when trying to read them...

and/or

Check bandwidth to specific server by installing stats server to see whether
this server's IP is being used more...

and/or

If you are using MS SQL (not listed on your response) check this out as you
may have a Cartesian product somewhere in your SPs or queries...

and/or

Check your NT Event Viewer on the corrupt server and read the messages in
relation to either/both of the other servers - it may be that the install
was slightly corrupt...

and/or

Check out posting on allaire forums re- problems with CF4.5.1 and NT Server
4, etc...

That's all I can think of now...
