if you are using your own license then the cost should be 0 as they are providing nothing other than the VPS. you need to remember how much CF enterprise costs, $8000+, and the license only allows this to be deployed 10x in the cloud, so even at £50 it takes a long time for any host to make their money back, and then you need to consider upgrade costs as well when a new version of cf comes out.
