as I think others have mentioned, a lot of code will run on Railo or OBD without any changes at all. In my experience of converting sites to Railo here are the main things I have had to handle.
no flash forms. .cfr files will not run as no cfreport, but you can use jasperReports instead issues with caller scope, sets in the variables scope instead of the scope specified.
