OK, if they're downloading the file then send them a CSV, unless you NEED
formatting, then there is a CFX_Excel in the TagGallery (you need Excel on
the server to run this)

If you just want to view the file and allow them to save it from there,
there is a tag CF_Excel which doesn't need Excel on the server, but does
need it on the client
