I've recently made the switch from Homesite 5.5 to Sublime Text 2. I've tried Coldfusion Builder a few times but I just can't stand it. I recently got a new computer at home and at work, and I'm refusing to put Homesite on it.
Sublime Text 2 with the Coldfusion plugin and the "Enhanced CFML and HTML" plugin as well (which adds syntax highlighting for html, javascript, sql, etc). I'm still getting used to it, but I'm finding it to be pretty tolerable. I even forked out the $70 licence fee for my home computer. It has an unlimited trial period but will hound you every 10-20 file saves.
