There is a conspicuous absence of CFBuilder amongst the applications that are available for download through the Creative Cloud application manager.
Seems absurd that we'd have to pay extra for just this one product, when almost every other tool Adobe makes is offered with the subscription. FlashBuilder Premium is included, but not CFBuilder. Seriously?
